Even though i like neil patrick harris i really felt like i was watching him play barney stinson in disguise to fool another stupid girl. the pace was slow and the narrative of that snicket dude popping every now and then was killing me and maybe i should have really listened to him when he repeatedly said to not continue watching the show. it really hurt me to see the young characters go through the whole series dealing with nut jobs because the adults were not listening to them and they continuously blamed everything onto their ''imagination'', which as plot point feels dated and tiring like in an old story book like alice in wonderland (at least that one made some sense).

Meanwhile, robin catches a bit of don's new television show, and starts leaving abusive messages on his voicemail. any episode that features the brilliant neil patrick harris's character barney stinson in the main storyline is always excellent. i could go on and on about the brilliance of this episode, and in particular neil patrick harris but i won't bore you with it.

In the series, there are many segments of barney's (neil patrick harris) life, which are awesome. i personally think that barney is the best character because of his constantly casual attitude. i love the fact that the character ted mosby (josh radnor) is a kind of loose father character that isn't afraid to tell his kids about the time barney banged seven chicks in a row, but cuts out all the swears.
