Blade Vs Skeletor : Where Is Skeletor From?

Skeletor is the main antagonist of he-man. in the original illustrated books and in the filmation series, skeletor is an evil demon from another dimension. a later mattel minicomic implies that he was once keldor, brother of king randor, which was in fact intended.

I also enjoy the new danica talos character, played successfully by parker posey. most visuals are nice as is the camera work.this is somewhere between 3 and 4 out of 10 but at the moment of writing this review, i feel for the upside after seeing again the final fight. i do hope, though, that blade gets another shot at the big screen at some point, this time with a director who has a clue and who will take the character seriously.

Stephen dorff can be found in one of his top roles. dorff is believable as deacon frost and very good.blade's razor-sharp from end to end, nicely pieced together with spectacular fight scenes, bass-pounding techno, excellent storyboard, intense action and star-powered acting from wesley snipes, wright, kristofferson, and dorff. if you're a fan of this type of a movie and you haven't seen it yet, go watch it, and hurry!

Seriously! !...they have plotted what no comic book writer ever written or want ever to write, first of all >>wolverine is mortal, with excess injuries, or permanent decapitation or by muramasa, blade can kill him with healing factor powers and all he got, the point is: it's too difficult to do that. and movie makers can't simply understand that.

Not only that, they seem to have culled some of the most interesting characters and they only used dolph lundgren for his muscles and blond hair, as it certainly wasn't for his acting abilities. thank god there was courteney cox and robert duncan mcneill there to show them how to act, but alas, they could not save this film even then.i'd love to see someone tackle this today and give us all what we really want, a he-man film based in eternia with all the best characters and all the fun and cheese of the original tv series especially cringer and orco.laser fights and a skeletor who's bone face moves like flesh? no thanks.

The vampires, leaded by danica talos (parker posey), rescue dracula - called drake (dominique purcell) - from the depth of the sands of iraq, and prepare a setup to blade (wesley snipes). the fbi arrests blade, and the nightstalkers, an anti-vampire group leaded by abigail whistler (jessica biel) saves him. together with hannibal king (ryan reynolds), the trio faces the vampires and the powerful drake.

He possesses superhuman strength, much greater than that of blade, as well as incredible speed. like those he sired, he is capable of leaping great distances and seems to be knowledgeable of sword fighting techniques, even rivaling blade himself. drake's true power is derived from his origin as the first of his species.

Several reviewers praised frank langella's portrayal of skeletor, including rose dewolf in the philadelphia daily news (though saying his costume looked like a halloween mask) and roger hulburt of the south florida sun sentinel. in a retrospective review, glenn heath jr. of slant magazine called it a "jarring mix of corny screwball comedy and choppy action heroics." chris eggertsen of hitfix, in an article identifying the film's campy, positive qualities, called it "an objectively bad film with a big heart."

They battled the likes of skeletor and his crew which included spikor (covered in spikes), stinkor (smelt worse than anything) and beast man (a big hairy creature). they battled all across planet eternia and he-man always won. also, it may be lost on young viewers but the show always tried to persuade it's audience to do the right thing in life which is a good thing.
