Trunks : In What Arc Is Cell The Main Antagonist?

Plot: after the cell games and goku's death, gohan and the other z-fighters go to the intergalactic martial arts tournament. gohan, krillin, and trunks dominate the tournament, making it all the way to the finals in the process. but once gohan meets bojack and his galaxy soldiers in the battle zone, things take a turn for the worse.

Mr. satan fought cell longer than gogeta fights janemba. on the positive side, the film does have some funny moments and some stupidly awesome bits, including trunks and goten fighting undead nazis. characters: the film focuses primarily on the saiyajin and half saiyajin characters.

Remember gohan vs cell wasn't the end of that arc. it was trunks vs first form cell when he returned back home. goku killing zamasu doesn't hold the same weight because it's not goku's world thats in danger.

I loved seeing trunks as a broken man, fighting for what little was left of humanity in his timeline. the arc was full of great moments, like the final kamehameha, super saiyan rage (or even rosé), and the conversation between future trunks and kid trunks. by far, my favorite arc of super so far.
